UPCOMING COSPLAYS: Ai Hoshino & Aqua - "Oshi no Ko"

 

Hey, guys. In case you haven't heard the news, Sentai Filmworks recently announced that the anime from last year, Oshi no Ko is getting released onto Blu-ray this upcoming June.

So, in honor of that, I've recently added in a couple of cosplay ideas on my part that I hope to get underway, which are 2 characters from Oshi no Ko that I'm interested in doing, which are Ai Hoshino (Of course), as well as one of the twins from the show, Aqua.

It's been on my mind ever since the anime came out and because of this recent announcement, I'm absolutely excited to plan on getting these underway. Also, I do hope to pre-order the Blu-ray and finally watch it as I've heard good things about it and want to check it out. I did get the first volume of the manga and got to read it and it's pretty interesting so far.

I absolutely can't wait to get those two underway, and chances are once I do so, I think it'll stand out well. And plus, in the case of Ai, you'll see me singing and dancing to IDOL, Sign Wa B, STAR☆T☆RAIN & HEART's♡KISS anytime soon. Let me know what you guys think. ;)

Well, we got a trailer for "Harold and the Purple Crayon" and I don't have high hopes on this one. I felt that looks more like an SNL satire of the original book rather than a direct adaptation and it's not visually appealing. We shall see. :/

Absolutely excited to see all of the Spider-Man movies come back to the big screen. Everything from the Sam Raimi trilogy, to the Marc Webb duology and even the MCU version, it's gonna be one incredible time every Spider-Monday. :)

Well, we got the trailer for "The Crow" and to me, I don't think it's looking interesting. Bill Skarsgård does look good as the title character, but I do felt it was lacking any charm that the original with Brandon Lee had. Not sure about this. :/

Well, we got the new trailer for "The Garfield Movie" and I'm a little mixed by this one. The animation is nice and I love the ideas, but the execution of these ideas doesn't seem to hit the mark and especially, in making Garfield great. We'll see. :/

Really love this trailer for "Pokémon Legends: Z-A" and why shouldn't I? I'm really digging on what it has to offer and going in a different direction while following up to Legends: Arceus. Plus, more of the Kalos region, please! Can't wait. :D

See Ackley Attack TV @ Syracuse Collectors Con 2024!

 

Hey, guys. It's a new year which means, it's time to go to conventions coming up. And luckily, we've not only got another one to go, but this one is brand new. That one being Syracuse Collectors Con. I'm so excited to go and I can't wait to see how it'll go for this being the first time going and for their first convention coming up. I'm gonna be going as a regular attendee, throughout the entire weekend in a couple of weeks coming up, and I'll be cosplaying there. For starters, I'm officially gonna go as Ash Ketchum from "Pokémon," but in his Kalos outfit from the XY series, which will be its convention debut, but also, for its convention return, I'll go in my Gender-Bent version of Ruby Rose from "RWBY," in my take on her Mistral outfit from Volumes 4-7. It'll take place at the Horticultural Building at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, New York from March 16th - 17th coming up. And as usual, I'm gonna be giving away business cards to advertise my YouTube channel and also, updating you guys about updates and current whereabouts during my time by following me on my social media pages provided. So, if you by any chance see me there, then by all means, come on up to me and say hi. Hope to see you there! ;)

Absolutely love the trailer for Version 4.5 of "Genshin Impact" we got. I always love some nice new additions to the game's story and this one is quite interesting. Even one of the new characters, Chiori is a great addition. Can't wait. :)

Really thrilled with this trailer for Season 3 of "Konosuba" that we got. Certainly been a while since I've seen this anime and to this day, it's one of the most hilarious Isekai I've seen by far. Can't wait to see what Season 3 will offer. :)
